1. Papermaking blankets are classified according to different parts of use

1) Wet blanket. Running with water on the paper machine, its function is to accept the paper blank from the net part, make it dehydrated by pressing, smooth the paper surface, and based on the blanket, drive the guide roller, bear the traction force of the paper machine, and run continuously. Needling paper wet blanket has good water filtration, good elasticity, high strength, small elongation and shrinkage, and wear resistance. 2) Above machine blanket. Used for fourdrinier or round Yankee paper machine, because the use part is above the wet blanket, so it is called the upper blanket, it contacts the drying cylinder in small parts, plays the role of collaring paper, ironing and drying.Needling carpet has flat, stiff, good elasticity, wear resistance, high temperature resistance and other properties.

3) Dry blanket. The dryer part of the paper machine is operated in a humid and dry state. The paper machine is wrapped with the dryer and sets off the paper blank, which plays a role in ironing and drying the paper.
